Lower Living Room
Television - Samsung Series 6 Smart TV
Overview
This Smart TV operates through WiFi connection and streaming TV Apps. Audio is available directly from the TV or through Lower Living Room Stereo. This TV in on a Mantel Mount wall mount and can be pulled down over the fireplace mantel for easier viewing. To pull the TV down, grab and pull down on the tabs that appear directly under the bottom of the TV. IMPORTANT: Do not use the fireplace when the TV is on the down position.

Key controls:

Turning TV On/Off - Use Samsung Remote.

Changing Channel/Apps - Use Samsung Remote to change Apps and Channels.

TV Volume Through Stereo - Use Onkyo Stereo Remote.
Samsung Remote
Use Power button to turn TV on and off.

Use Home button to find streaming TV and Music Apps.

Use Arrow buttons to navigate Apps.
​
Use Enter button between Arrow buttons to select App to play.

Sign in to App with your account information.
​
Use Rewind, Play, Pause, and Fast Forward buttons to navigate video content in some Apps.

If you are not using the Onkyo Stereo for audio, adjust TV volume with this remote.
Onkyo Stereo Remote
Press yellow power button to turn on and off.

Press TV button to turn on TV as audio source.
​
Use Volume +/- buttons to control TV Volume.

Open Music App on Apple device, play music.

From Bluetooth Devices
Press and hold “Bluetooth” button on stereo or stereo remote for 5 seconds to go to pairing mode..

Connect to “Onkyo TX-SR393 56DE47” in Bluetooth devises in Setting on your device.

Open Music App on device and play music.
Lower Living Room Fireplace
Overview
This fireplace is a gas start wood burning. Steps to lighting this fireplace:

Open the Fireplace Flue
-
Stack wood on top of the grate inside the fireplace
-
Turn the Gas Supply Valve on and immediately light under the fire place grate
-
As soon as wood is burning, turning Gas Supply Valve off

Fireplace Flue
The fireplace flue must be open whenever the fire is lit. If it is not, dangerous carbon monoxide levels will build up in the room. To conserve energy the fireplace flue should be closed when fire is not in use.
Push the flue lever bar inside the front part of the fireplace up to open the flue.
Pull the flue lever bar down to close the flue.
Stack in Wood
Stack dry hard wood on the fireplace grate over the gas pipe.

Newspaper of other lighting materials are not necessary with gas lighting.
​

Gas Supply Valve and Lighting
The gas supply value for this fireplace is located on the fireplace immediately to the left of the fireplace opening.
​
IMPORTANT: There is no safety devise on this gas supply. Turning this value on will immediately and continuously allow gas to flow into the fireplace until it is turned off.
​
To light the fire, turn the gas supply valve key completely counterclockwise to turn the gas on and immediately light the fireplace with a lighter under the grate and gas pipe.
​
Once wood in the fireplace is burning, turn the gas supply valve key completely clockwise to turn the gas off.
